Note: This commission rate does not apply to SEO agencies using internal keywords – keywords related to MCW. The specific commission rate for SEO agencies using internal keywords is stipulated in the “GENERAL RULES”, section 2.

General Rules +
1. Players are considered eligible when they have at least 1 deposit transaction and a minimum total valid bet of 5 million VND in the current month.
2. Affiliate Commission
2.1. Affiliate commissions can reach up to 55% depending on your monthly eligible players. Agents must have at least 5 eligible players monthly to qualify for commission.
2.2. SEO affiliate commissions for internal keywords – keywords related to MCW – are calculated as follows:
– Net profit < 15 billion VND: 15% commission
– Net profit ≥ 15 billion VND: 25% commission
– Net profit ≥ 20 billion VND: 35% commission
– Net profit ≥ 50 billion VND: 35% commission + 3 billion VND bonus
Deductions for bonuses and operating expenses are similar to those for regular agents.
3. Commissions are calculated monthly, from the 1st to the 30th/31st.
4. 10% of player Profit/Loss will be deducted as operating and administrative costs.
5. Net profit from P2P games (Ludo and Bpoker) is not eligible for commission. Net profit from ICF cockfighting (excluding SV388 cockfighting) is calculated as 4.5% of total valid bets.
6. In addition to the number of active players mentioned in the table above that agents must meet, you must also ensure that all referred players are genuine active players in MCW. MCW has established a set of standards to verify the quality of all players. If these standards are not met, commissions will not be paid.
7. If you do not continuously promote the website by failing to generate new registrations and/or removing MCW banners from your website, this will be considered a breach of contract and will automatically result in termination of this Agreement. Any future revenue-sharing claims will also be considered waived.
8. Deduction of Payments. If your player is involved in collusion or any other fraudulent activity, the MCW Affiliate Program manager reserves the right to deduct from your revenue or remove the player account from the referred players recorded in your affiliate account.
9. Regarding payments, commissions will be paid in the middle of each month.
9.1 If the account has a negative balance (meaning your players are winning), the negative commission will be carried forward to the following month(s). Revenue calculations will be based on our statistics and calculations. The negative commission balance will be deducted from available commissions.
9.2 All amounts earned under this Agreement exclude all fees, taxes (including Value Added Tax, if applicable), duties, charges, excise taxes, or customs duties. These fees, taxes, duties, charges, excise taxes, or customs duties will be charged to your account at the applicable rate at the time the commission is paid. For the avoidance of doubt, you are solely and primarily responsible for any taxes imposed by the tax authorities in the jurisdiction where you reside for income tax purposes. However, if MCW is required to deduct any taxes imposed by tax authorities in jurisdictions where MCW operates, you will remain solely responsible for such taxes and will have no right to recover any such taxes from MCW.
